About the Role

Base Location: Dublin (Leopardstown, Dublin 18) - this role will be a mix of remote and office working.

Salary: From €32,600 + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

What is the Role?

We believe in treating our customers like family and always going the extra mile in whatever we do. We are looking for passionate, motivated and hardworking Customer Service Advisors to join our team. We're open 8am - 7pm, Monday to Friday and this role will have a hybrid model of working, with some days spent in the office and some worked remotely (when fully trained). As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

  1. Answer inbound customer queries and be the first point of contact for SSE Airtricity through all channels.
  2. Take ownership and strive to resolve situations effectively on the call.
  3. Ensure all customer queries are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner.
  4. Perform administrative duties based on the conversations you will be having with our customers.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

  1. Reliable customer service skills.
  2. Previous customer service experience in either a contact centre or a face-to-face capacity.
  3. The ability to work with numbers.
  4. Good computer skills, as you will be working on multiple systems at once, in a very fast-paced environment.
  5. Excellent communication skills.
