We are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors for a fixed-term contract through our client. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy solving problems, helping customers, and being part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain uptodate product knowledge to assist customers effectively
- Process orders and manage customer accounts
What We're Looking For:
- Previous customer service experience (inperson, phone, or online)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- IT literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly
