About the Job
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for addressing their banking queries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls in an efficient and timely manner
Receive and respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing solutions
Maintain accurate customer records in accordance with relevant regulations
Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet customer needs
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service (all levels considered)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn and grow within the company
