Job Description

Manage HR and customer service for Musgrave, a successful family-owned business in Ireland and Spain, with 11 leading food and beverage brands, supporting communities and suppliers. Key responsibilities include absence management, timekeeping, grievance, and discipline, as well as payroll, recruitment, and employee engagement. Ensure high levels of employee and customer satisfaction, maintaining a harmonious working environment and adhering to company policies and procedures. Previous experience in a similar management role is desirable, with a good working knowledge of employment legislation and CIPD qualification. Musgrave is an equal opportunities employer.
