Job Description

Support our extraordinary teams by resolving customer queries, problems, and issues relating to product status.

  • Operate Customer Support Software database daily.
  • Provide customer service for defined set of accounts.
  • Process call-offs, stock issues, and customer file maintenance.
  • Liaise with Warehouse on special requests.
  • Scan, index, and file documents.
  • Generate customer reports and invoices.
  • Process customer claims.

Requirements:

  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Customer service experience in an office setting.
  • Excellent phone and written communication skills.
  • Ability to proactively resolve customer issues.
  • Team player with good time-keeping skills.
