Location: Dublin City South (30 minutes from City Centre)
One of our global service clients is currently seeking a customer service executive to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work as a customer service representative with a large global company. The successful candidate will provide an excellent customer experience to all customers and clients by managing inbound and outbound queries.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer queries and be the first point of contact
- Achieve agreed performance levels including any call management measures
- Ensure all customer queries are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner
- Develop relationships and build rapport with our customers and business partners to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Strong customer service and administration skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize
- Must be a self-motivated individual with an eagerness to learn and develop
- Flexibility
- Strong attention to detail
