Customer Service Executive - Private Motor Renewals

Provide exceptional customer service over the counter and phone. Handle Motor, Household, and Van Insurance from new business to renewals. Liaise with insurance companies on customer queries and instructions. Offer expert guidance and advice across all insurance products. Provide training to new recruits. Process renewals/new business payments.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented and target-driven.
  • Excellent product knowledge.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • APA Qualification with the Insurance Institute of Ireland.
  • Experience in fast-paced environment desirable but not essential.
