Customer Service Representative role available in Galway City, working 5pm to 1am, Monday to Friday, with a driver's licence essential due to late hours.

We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team in Galway City. This is a permanent role reporting to the customer service manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer and employee questions/concerns in an efficient and effective manner and resolving issues/complaints.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent telephone and customer service skills, and fluency in spoken and written English. A minimum of 1 year's experience working in a Call Centre or Customer Service department is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer and employee questions/concerns in an efficient and effective manner and resolve issues/complaints.
  • Maintain knowledge of the company's facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies and procedures.
  • Represent the company in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.
  • Complete documentation to in-house standards and be compliant with all in-house procedures.
  • Work in a safe manner at all times.
  • Report to the Customer Service Team Leader.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in spoken and written English - high level required.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
