Join our team as a dedicated Customer Service Representative and play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries and concerns, and maintaining accurate records. Key responsibilities include managing incoming & outgoing calls/emails, providing customers with excellent customer service, and route planning & service scheduling. Previous experience in customer service is essential, and fluency in the English language is required. You will work in our Tuam office, Monday to Friday, and enjoy benefits such as a bike to work scheme, employee assistance program, and on-site parking.
