Job Description

We are currently working closely with a multinational company who are looking to expand out their Customer Service & People team with top talent.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will support the organisations Retail and Corporate employees. This is an exciting role, and you will be joining a growing dynamic and focused team.

This role will be a great fit for any candidate who has experience in the Customer Service industry, speaks both English and Hebrew fluently and is looking to take the next step in developing their career.

This position is based in Cork, Ireland.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to employee inquiries through phone or email by accessing a variety of tools and knowledge bases.
  • Administer HRrelated processes for internal customers, including data entry and support
  • Develop strong internal relationships across Human Resources and with internal process partners to better understand these functions.
  • Bring knowledge of labour laws and legislation to the team. Share and improve processes within the team and overall organisation
  • Record all enquiries and resolutions in a customer relationship management system using the defined way of working taught at People Support.
  • Analyse trends and report results, bringing findings and insights from our team to our businesses. Help make the People Support experience truly rewarding for customers.
Key Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 1 Year experience in a Customer Service role is essential
  • Fluency in Hebrew is required a secondary fluent language is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts on a 5day schedule from Monday to Friday.
  • Proven ability working with confidential data.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience helping to improve operations and deliver a great customer experience.
  • Fantastic attention to detail and proven ability to effectively prioritise their workload An appetite for continuous learning
Additional Requirements

EXPERIENCE ON THE FOLLOWING SYSTEMS WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE:

  • Mac OS systems experience.
  • Enterprise HR systems (Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, etc.).Service Now / CRM Systems
  • Knowledge management systems experience.
  • Using data and information to influence process improvement and change.
