Job Description

Customer Services Agent sought to join our team, working on projects for Irish Water and Gas Networks Ireland, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and responding to queries and complaints.

Main duties:

  • Respond to queries/escalations from clients, local authorities and the public.
  • Coordinate project materials delivery to properties.
  • Liaise with customers requiring special assistance.
  • Update CRM system with project notifications and queries.
  • Manage queries and complaints.

Requirements:

  • High level of literacy.
  • Comfortable in customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on stakeholder impact.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • CRM system experience beneficial.

Package includes:

  • Salary circa £30,000 per annum.
  • 21 days annual leave.
