Customer Solution Engineer role involves supporting senior engineers and developing commercial and technical skills across a broad customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
- Face-to-face and/or remote sales to new or existing customers.
- Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, and/or solutions.
- Supporting the initial design and creation of specifications for the solution using engineering tools and software.
- Dealing with specialist supply chain to design solutions that meet customer needs.
- Harmonising and homologating solutions to ensure they meet market requirements.
- Mapping customer presence in different markets and segments.
- Understanding and articulating regional and country regulatory environments.
- Coordinating with Grid-eXpand team and Front End Sales to ensure harmonized account plans.
Requirements:
- Engineering Degree (Mechanical or Electrical a plus).
- Proven experience in product marketing and sales, preferably with a background in the product portfolio.
- Strong team player with cross-cultural, legal, and contractual experience.
- Demonstrable experience in dealing with customer specifications and requirements.
- Successful track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- In-depth knowledge and experience of the marketplace.
- Customer-oriented with advanced communication skills.
