**Digital and Direct Bank Team Member** We are seeking a high-energy team member to join our Digital and Direct Bank team, where you will play a key role in delivering a best-in-class digital and direct experience for our customers. **About the Role** We are building a new Customer-centric Digital and Direct Bank in PTSB, which will support the bank's ambition to become Ireland's number one personal and small business bank. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing the bank's profile across multiple communities, contributing to business objectives, and optimising customer interactions. **Key Responsibilities** • Be an ambassador for PTSB and develop the bank's profile across multiple communities • Contribute to business objectives in a controlled and compliant manner • Optimise customer interactions through online, video, app, and voice channels • Support the team in achieving assigned targets and maintaining agreed KPIs • Commit to complete professional qualifications within 2 years to enable career progression • Act as a visible role model, striving for a culture that promotes ethics, employee engagement, and fun **Requirements** • Ordinary Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) with a grade D3/O6/H6 at Ordinary or Higher Level in five Leaving Certificate subjects (including English and Maths) and/or 5+ years post Leaving Certificate experience • Enthusiasm, goal-orientated with high levels of energy and a passion for Digital and Direct • Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills • Motivation to build a best-in-class Digital and Direct Bank • Eager to develop skills, capabilities, and competencies **About PTSB** PTSB is one of Ireland's leading retail and SME banks, with an innovative range of products and services powered through an evolving digital landscape.
