Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy team member to join our Digital and Direct Bank in PTSB, Ireland's leading retail and SME bank, to deliver a best-in-class digital and direct experience for our customers.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing the bank's profile across multiple communities, contributing to business objectives, and optimizing customer interactions through various channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing the bank's profile across multiple communities, with a focus on customer segments.
  • Contributing to business objectives in a controlled and compliant manner.
  • Optimizing customer interactions through online, video, app, and voice channels.
  • Supporting the team in achieving assigned targets and maintaining agreed KPIs.
  • Committing to professional qualifications within 2 years to enable career progression.

Requirements:

  • Ordinary Leaving Certificate with a grade D3/O6/H6 at Ordinary or Higher Level in five Leaving Certificate subjects (including English and Maths) and/or 5+ years post Leaving Certificate experience.
  • Enthusiasm, goal-orientation with high levels of energy and a passion for Digital and Direct.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Motivation to build a best-in-class Digital and Direct Bank.
  • Eagerness to develop skills, capabilities, and competencies.

This is a permanent position based in PTSB Blackrock, Dublin.
