Customer Centric Digital and Direct Bank Representative

• Be an ambassador for PTSB, developing the bank's profile across multiple communities and fostering a culture that promotes ethics, employee engagement, and fun. • Contribute to business objectives in a controlled and compliant manner, optimising customer interactions through multiple channels. • Act as a role model, striving for a culture that promotes strong teamwork, collaboration, trust, and respect. • Develop skills, capabilities, and competencies to deliver exceptional customer experiences. • Collaborate with the team to achieve assigned targets and maintain agreed KPIs.
• Essential: • Ordinary Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) with a grade D3/O6/H6 at Ordinary or Higher Level in five Leaving Certificate subjects (including English and Maths). • 5+ years post Leaving Certificate experience. • Desired Requirements: • Enthusiasm, goal-orientated with high levels of energy and a passion for Digital and Direct. • Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills. • Motivation to build a best-in-class Digital and Direct Bank. • Eager to develop skills, capabilities, and competencies.
