We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to work with our largest customers in Ireland, ensuring they receive value from their Camera Matics solution investments. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial understanding, experience in managing a PnL, and excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include managing strategic post-sales activity, maintaining a deep understanding of the Camera Matics product portfolio, and partnering with internal teams to drive customer success. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to build trust with customers, drive progressive adoption, and deliver a high-quality experience. A background in the Media & Entertainment industry is a plus.
