Job Description

Customer Success Manager sought to drive growth through better customer engagement, retention, and adoption of ClickDimensions products.

We're looking for a seasoned professional to join our Customer Success team, where you'll be responsible for the retention, adoption, expansion, and ongoing usage of our products throughout the customer and channel partner lifecycle. You'll proactively monitor assigned accounts, ensure the success of relationships, and reduce churn for the business. Your goal will be to understand and align client and partner goals with our solution, creating advocates and driving business outcomes through the value of our product offering.

As a Customer Success Manager, your day-to-day will involve:

  • Guiding new customers and partners through our product experience, understanding their business objectives, and helping them align our solution with their goals.
  • Partnering with an onboarding specialist to ensure a smooth handoff of clients through the initial setup of our product.
  • Communicating and delivering our value proposition to drive relationships and create advocates within partner organizations.
  • Proactively monitoring partner and customer accounts based on their defined success plans and providing guidance and advice based on marketing best practices as needed.
  • Preparing and conducting regular success checkpoints and business reviews with key client and partner contacts to ensure adoption and success with our product, providing recommendations for improvement, and continued realignment of goals.
  • Actively managing a book of customers efficiently, remaining organized, and prioritizing customer escalations appropriately.
  • Identifying at-risk accounts and implementing effective response actions to ensure customer success, satisfaction, and retention with our product.
  • Communicating with account management throughout the customer lifecycle to identify areas of cross-sell and upsell with the objective of minimizing customer churn.
  • Serving as a strategic advisor to our clients.

We're looking for someone with:

  • 2+ years of marketing automation/Microsoft channel experience or 2+ years of account management or other client-facing experience.
  • A clear understanding of marketing, sales processes, and best practices.
  • The ability to lead, own, and manage processes as well as customer and partner relationships.
  • Comfort presenting and running online meetings to all levels of an organization.
  • A strong aptitude for self-directed work.
  • The ability to analyze, interpret, and leverage data in business recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to build trusted relationships.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study.
  • Microsoft reseller and partner channel, Dynamics 365 for Sales, Power Platform, and Microsoft365 experience a plus.
  • Client-side marketing experience a plus.
