Customer Support Engineer sought for SD Worx in Bray, Ireland, to provide technical support on payroll/HR products and ensure customer satisfaction, requiring previous experience with payroll/HR software, a 3rd level degree in Computing, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

About the Role:
* Provide technical support on SD Worx suite of payroll/HR products via voice and email
* Ensure 100% customer satisfaction on calls and emails
* Own the calls from start to completion, escalating questions and issues as needed
* Carry out in-depth offline investigations and provide feedback to clients
* Develop and maintain close working relationships with clients
Requirements:
* Previous experience with Payroll/HR software solutions
* 3rd level degree in Computing and technical savvy
* At least 2 years Customer Service experience
* Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate them to a non-technical audience
* Experience with Microsoft SQL server a distinct advantage
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under time constraints
* Strong customer service ethics and sense of urgency
