Apply now for the position of Customer Support Lead and you will work as the on-site Siemens team at St Vincent's Hospital delivering a range of medical equipment engineering services in line with the Managed Equipment Service (MES) contract. Your role: • Provide 1st line technical/application support to the customer and assist in the effective resolution of critical issues. • Receive customer information, determine priority, and evaluate system condition. • Liaise with external suppliers to arrange repairs/service of medical equipment. • Oversee preventative, corrective maintenance and proactive onsite visits. • Provide project support, assisting the project team during system installations. • Maintain accurate records of all service visits in line with the company's reporting requirements using current business tools and procedures. • Monitor and report on system performance against Key Performance Indicators. • Provision of ad-hoc system performance reports supporting clinical planning and investment decisions. • Assistance with full annual equipment inventory and audits and also with all associated internal/external audits. Your expertise: • An appropriate engineering or clinical background required, within a medical imaging/radiology context. • Experience working at a hospital • Good communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to deal with customers and staff at varying levels. • A good degree of computer literacy and knowledge as it relates to Office software and bespoke service management packages.
