These role's are Insurance based within an ever growing national company.

The Customer Support Adviser team are a crucial part of a company that values treating customers as individuals, not just numbers.

The company we are working with offers a unique opportunity for a Full Time / Permanent position with a base salary of €26,000 - €27,000, depending on your experience.

With a focus on a hybrid working environment, you can choose to work on-site in our picturesque offices in Little Island or enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid arrangement.


The Opportunity:
As a Customer Support Adviser, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves initial on-site training to ensure your confidence and proficiency in the position.

Following training, you can choose to work entirely on-site or opt for a hybrid working arrangement between our Little Island offices and your home.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer support by listening to and understanding customer needs.
  • Take customers through an onboarding process seamlessly
  • Lend advice to existing customers on their current package and any upgrades that they are eligible for
  • Offer help, guidance, and solutions to customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Customer Support Adviser team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize the tools and training provided to perform effectively in the role.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Genuine desire to assist and support customers.
  • Ability to listen, identify customer needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Positive attitude and customerfocused approach.
  • While experience is valued, a background in providing excellent customer service is more crucial.
  • Ability to think on your feet and prioritize customer satisfaction.
