Job Description

Customer Support Specialist role involves providing assistance and support to internal and external customers, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring resolution of customer issues.

This role is part of the Ireland, Electrification Distribution Solutions business, where you will be mainly accountable for:

  • Processing of customer back-to-back sales orders.
  • Providing updates to customers on order status.
  • Providing shipping documentation / test certificates to customers.
  • Maintaining back-to-back sales orders tracker and SAP.
  • Project invoicing.
  • Ensuring the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.
  • Maintaining CCRP / Salesforce Case Management database and NCR tracker.

Key qualifications for the role include:

  • Strong customer management skills and experience.
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong English written and spoken communication skills.
  • An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience of SAP and Salesforce an advantage.
