Customer Service Representative with French/Italian/German/Polish

Summary

You will work directly with our clients' most interesting and demanding customers, helping us better understand their needs and deliver a strong overall customer experience.

Essential Job Duties

  1. Act as the interface between customers and the business value chain partners to deliver exceptional service and drive profitability.
  2. Provide solutions to the customer while managing operational needs and collaborating closely with operational partners.
  3. Execute the order entry process and manage the order fulfillment process for priority customers with a high degree of complexity.
  4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the businesses' products, applications, and service offerings.
  5. Coordinate activity at assigned customer accounts, proactively address issues, and implement solutions.
  6. Maintain service levels according to business prioritization.
  7. Strengthen customer intimacy by developing solid relationships and gathering market intelligence.
  8. Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions.
  9. Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  10. Escalate queries and concerns as necessary.
  11. Ensure customer satisfaction with products or services.
  12. Recommend potential products or services to management by analyzing customer needs.
  13. Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  14. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Basic Qualifications

  1. Completed Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a customer service role.
  2. Strong team player; motivated and extremely customer-centric.
  3. Analytical and problem-solving ability.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Experience in customer management.
  6. Must speak TWO of the following languages at a fluent level: French/Italian/German/Polish.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
  2. Experience in use of customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Preferred Level of Experience

1-3 years of work experience in customer service or similar roles.

Location & Commitments

  1. Full-time, permanent.
  2. Hybrid Position.
  3. Minimal travel required (up to 10%).
