Our team at Spanners Ltd. are currently looking for a qualified LCV/HGV CVR Tester with relevant certificates from the RSA for our state-of-the-art Test Centre in Ballymount Dublin 12. Or A mechanic holding a Senior Trade Certificate/National Craft Certificate to at least FETAC Level 6 in the skill area of LCV, HGV willing to train as a tester. You will be required to conduct all aspects of CVR Testing for LCV and HGV Vehicles. Key Responsibilities & Duties To conduct vehicle tests, keeping up to date with current CVRT/RSA legislation, training and standards. To communicate directly with customers the results of a test on their vehicle and explain/show on the vehicle where required To ensure that all work is carried out to the highest possible standard and that customers are treated with courtesy at all times Report equipment / facility faults to the Test Centre Manager To ensure that work place is clean, tidy and safe during and following every job To undertake any other duties or activities as required Be a reliable individual with a proven track record Ability to work on your own initiative. Excellent time keeping and attendance essential. Requirements Qualified LCV & HGV Vehicle Tester Qualified HGV Mechanic (1year+ essential)
