Seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to contribute to maintaining and improving the organisation's cyber security posture, with a focus on IT risk management and threat response.
This role will be part of a small dedicated cyber security team with exposure to a broad range of technologies and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
- Identify and collect data to support security-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
- Identify, evaluate, and manage IT risks, including cybersecurity threats and data privacy issues.
- Support the Cyber Security review process by tracking, monitoring, and reporting on progress.
- Oversee Threat and Vulnerability Management and (3rd party) penetration testing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist with planning and delivery of technology projects.
- Liaise and support the Security Operating Centre to respond to security incidents and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in IT security roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and self-motivated to deliver high-quality work.
- Stakeholder Management, with strong communication and influencing skills.
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, Active Directory & EDR tools.
- Exposure to M365 & Azure.
- Relevant certifications are desirable (but experience certification).
