We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Cyber Security resource with strong technical background and proven leadership experience to join our team.
They will be integral to shaping our security posture and driving the strategic direction of cyber security initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute cyber security strategy.
- Provide advanced technical insights required on critical projects ensuring successful and innovative solutions.
- Build cross-functional relationships to integrate cyber security practices with business objectives and initiatives.
- Communicate risks and strategies to executive leadership in a clear and business-oriented manner.
- Stay current on emerging threats and best practices in cybersecurity.
- Drive innovation in security technology and processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field (master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in cybersecurity roles.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, manage large-scale initiatives, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
