Seeking a Senior Cyber Security professional with strong technical background and leadership experience to shape security posture and drive strategic direction of cyber security initiatives.
We are looking for a highly skilled individual to play a critical role in the leadership and integration of cyber initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute cyber security strategy.
- Provide advanced technical insights on critical projects to ensure successful and innovative solutions.
- Build cross-functional relationships to integrate cyber security practices with business objectives and initiatives.
- Communicate risks and strategies to executive leadership in a clear and business-oriented manner.
- Stay current on emerging threats and best practices in cybersecurity.
- Drive innovation in security technology and processes, and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field (master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in cybersecurity roles.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, manage large-scale initiatives, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
