Your Role:

Within Group Technology, Business Service Integration & Management (BSIM) provides an extensive range of IT support services to the bank.

The guiding principles of BSIM are based around service quality, operational excellence, collaboration, cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction.


The Cyber Security Operations Analyst role holder will be responsible for: Operational support of the banks Cyber Security Infrastructure solutions.

Security Incident Response.

Monitoring of Security systems for Issues and Alert Handling.

Supporting the deployment of new security solutions and enhancements.


Protecting the banks key customer channels and data from Cyberattacks Working with 3rd party Security Service Providers and Suppliers in delivering robust and dependable protection for the banks systems and data.

Ensuring that Risks are managed effectively.

Ensuring that infrastructure is patched in line with policy.


The role involves close collaboration with other IT support teams, and Business Units in delivering secure and resilient services for the bank.


Your Responsibilities:
Work with a team of Technical Specialists to deliver key Security services.


Actively contribute to IT Security Enhancements/Projects Liaise and engage with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across business owners and Group Technology.


Work with Third Parties and ensure that they are being held to account as regards Service Delivery and contractual agreements.

Support the team's project portfolio.

Ensure that change is delivered in compliance with the relevant production standards and does not negatively impact service.

Ensure adherence to best practice infrastructure deployment, change release procedures and standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience in supporting and delivering Cyber Security projects ideally (though not essential) in financial services industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Experience in creating and presenting detailed project reports.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Senior Stakeholder Management, with strong communication and influencing skills Understand security related concepts and is able to communicate Cyber by Design process to internal stakeholders.


This is a Permanent role based in PTSB's Dublin or Cork locations (Hybrid option available within the Republic of Ireland).
