**Cybersecurity Enterprise Architect for Operational Technology** We are seeking a Cybersecurity Enterprise Architect to support IT/OT convergence as part of our transformation to a digital utility, enabling a brighter future for customers and communities. **Job Description** ESB is a purpose-led company striving to create a brighter future for customers and communities. We operate one of the most progressive electricity systems in the world, with activities spanning electricity generation, transmission, distribution, and supply in Ireland, Northern Ireland, and Great Britain. Our goal is to become net zero by 2040, and we need a Cybersecurity Enterprise Architect to help us achieve this. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver enterprise-level OT cyber architecture and convergence with IT cyber architecture for new and existing OT control systems * Define and oversee implementation of strategic cybersecurity architecture roadmaps to enable transformation and fulfill regulatory requirements * Collaborate across business stakeholder groupings and external service providers * Oversee cybersecurity enterprise architecture of projects to ensure architectural standards and principles are supported * Analyze cybersecurity and business strategy, industry trends, and emerging technologies to define requirements, principles, and models that guide architecture decisions **Requirements** * Minimum 7-10 years' experience in IT and/or cybersecurity * Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills combined with strategic thinking skills * Demonstrable ability to develop and grow new capabilities and skills related to cybersecurity * Understanding of cybersecurity protective technologies * Demonstrated ability to apply IT in solving security problems * Self-directing, innovative approach, and ability to contribute to a team that delivers results **What We Offer** * Opportunity to lead Ireland's transition to a net zero carbon future * Progressive, hybrid working model * Career development through mentoring and training * Corporate Social Responsibility Opportunities * Great team environment working to our Core Values: Courageous, Caring, Driven, and Trusted
