We are looking for a Cybersecurity Enterprise Architect for Operational Technology to support IT/OT convergence and contribute to our digital transformation. The successful candidate will define and assess ESB's cybersecurity architecture, develop high-level designs, and provide leadership in technical disciplines. We are seeking candidates with cybersecurity experience or those with OT experience seeking to bring their skills to a cybersecurity role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years' experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to develop and grow new capabilities and skills related to cybersecurity. The position will be based in ESB Head Office, Dublin, and may require travel to business unit locations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Deliver enterprise-level OT cyber architecture and convergence with IT cyber architecture for new and existing OT control systems.
* Define and oversee implementation of strategic cybersecurity architecture roadmaps.
* Collaborate with business stakeholder groupings and external service providers.
* Oversee cybersecurity enterprise architecture of projects.
* Analyse cybersecurity and business strategy, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
**Experience & Qualifications:**
* Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in IT and/or cybersecurity.
* Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Ability to develop and grow new capabilities and skills related to cybersecurity.
* Understanding of cybersecurity protective technologies.
* Demonstrated ability to apply IT in solving security problems.
* Self-directing, innovative approach, and ability to contribute to a team.
* Experience working in environments where OT is a component of business operations.
* Knowledge of relevant cybersecurity standards and compliance requirements.
* Cybersecurity or architecture qualification or certification.
