With a fleet of 3,000 cycles, our Cycle Centre is a thriving hub and a key part of the Center Parcs experience. Our dedicated team is responsible for ensuring our cycles and equipment are ready to hire out to our guests twice per week.
CYCLE CENTRE ASSISTANT MANAGER | Circa €31,800 Per Annum
In this role, you will assist the Cycle Centre Manager with the smooth running of all Cycle Centre facilities, including maintaining and driving the commercial management and control of associated costs.
Your responsibilities will include:
The successful candidate will have a friendly and professional manner along with excellent communication skills as they will be required to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues including counterparts on other Villages.
Previous supervisory/managerial experience is essential as you will be responsible for the motivation of the team as well as providing coaching and coordinating any training requirements.
HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.
As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public/bank holidays and during Christmas and/or New Year on a rota basis with a premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday.
