Quantitative Finance Specialist

We are seeking an exceptionally talented and highly motivated individual with significant experience and an excellent quantitative background to join our team.
About the Role
- Provide valuation services by the Group, including valuing financial instruments and preparing detailed workings supporting the valuation.
- Replicate trade structures in valuation tools and collate, assess, and use relevant market data.
- Investigate valuation differences, perform sensitivity analysis, and discuss with client staff to understand their valuation methodologies and inputs.
- Discuss results with senior Deloitte stakeholders and create bespoke pricing tools.
- Perform model validation and related exercises.
About You
- Minimum 2.1 degree qualification in Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Actuarial, or Quantitative Finance.
- Significant experience in quantitative finance and derivative valuation.
- Advanced analytical skills with demonstrable knowledge of quantitative finance models and pricing techniques.
- Able to manage and oversee the work of more junior colleagues.
- Proficient in Excel and VBA (or other coding languages).
- Strong problem-solving ability, high attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
