**Job Summary** Recruit sales professionals for a leading social media platform to drive digital marketing advertising solutions in the EU Market. I am currently recruiting entry-level and experienced sales professionals for a leading popular social media platform for the DACH Market. **About the Company** You will be working for a global professional services company based in Dublin, Ireland that supports a favourite social media company, well-known for their image sharing and save enabling features. **Job Description** As a Partner Manager, you will create new relationships with small to medium and large-sized businesses in the DACH region and show them how they can build brand awareness and increase product sales by using our unique digital marketing advertising solutions and analytics. **Responsibilities** * Identify and contact potential new partner businesses that can benefit from our unique business proposition * Work with existing businesses to understand their strategic and tactical goals and co-create a marketing plan to achieve them * Gain an in-depth understanding of partners' business goals and offer educated insights to help them succeed * Build and maintain a book of business, developing long-term relationships with clients * Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to share knowledge and achieve set KPIs and quarterly sales targets **Requirements** * Fluently read, write and speak German and English language * 1 year of sales experience in creating relationships with businesses and helping them achieve their goals * Understanding of digital marketing terms and metrics such as CPA, CPC, CPM and ROAS * Proven track record of working towards sales targets * Desire to make businesses more successful **Benefits** * Competitive salary (OTE 48,000, Base Salary €33,000) * Career growth and progression opportunities due to fast-growth and expansion * Friendly, unique and diverse multicultural team * Central office in Dublin with facilities and amenities * Equipment to work from home and allowance provided * Fully paid training on systems and tools * Paid holidays, sick days and training sessions * Healthcare from day one * Pension contributions and share options
