This is a unique role which offers agri/dairy experienced candidates to incorporate and build a successful career into a busy farming lifestyle also. * Competitive basic salary & commission payable on weekly sales * 20/25 hours per week * Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm * Hybrid Working * Quarterly Bonus * Training provided Role: * Support the positioning of the company brand through their Irish and UK Market * Identify and develop client leads within a strong existing customer base * Solidify existing client relationships through follow ups and query management * Attendance to Agricultural Shows during the year for the development of sales and marketing * Ability to offer complete technical advice through dairy hygiene solutions to farmers while closing sales deals and maintaining good customer relationships. * Conducting most sale points over the phone directly with farmers, in a professional and personable manner * Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and networking. * Record management of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress in the CRM system. * Attend training sessions to further develop skills and abilities, while keeping up to date with product knowledge. Candidate: * A working knowledge of the agri and dairy sector in Ireland - This is a prerequisite for this role with focus on the dairy sector * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to conduct both a personable and professional manner * Target driven with a passion for exceeding * IT literate with familiarity with Microsoft office * Knowledge of CRM systems advantageous * Knowledge and familiarity with social media and marketing is not required but may be advantageous * This role will be most suitable to a candidate actively managing a home farm or relief milking who is looking to add further success to their agri career.
