Blackrock Health Galway Clinic seeks a Data Analyst/Report Writer to develop and provide critical data to support business operations in a complex healthcare infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding business processes and information requirements of stakeholders
- Collaborating with medical and hospital staff to identify new information needs
- Participating in business and clinical projects, providing development support
- Scoping report requests and creating requested reports
- Developing dashboards as needed
- Assisting colleagues in extracting meaningful data from Meditech
- Identifying and implementing IT solutions with team members
- Providing thorough documentation for change control, testing, and development
- Communicating effectively with IT management on operational concerns
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent working knowledge of SQL for application development and reporting
- Microsoft SSRS experience
- Microsoft Power BI experience
