Join Blackrock Health Galway Clinic as a Data Analyst/Report Writer and contribute to the development of critical data to support business operations.
This role involves working with medical and hospital staff to identify new information needs, participating in business and clinical projects, and providing development support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding business processes and information requirements of stakeholders
- Collaborating with medical and hospital staff to identify new information needs
- Participating in business and clinical projects, providing development support
- Scope report requests and create requested reports
- Develop dashboards as needed
- Assist colleagues in extracting meaningful data from Meditech
- Identify and implement IT solutions with team members
- Provide thorough documentation for change control, testing, and development
- Communicate effectively with IT management on operational concerns
This role requires:
- Excellent working knowledge of SQL for application development and reporting
- Microsoft SSRS
- Microsoft Power BI
Desirable skills include:
- HL7 experience
- Scripting experience
- Healthcare industry experience
