About the Role

As a Principal Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in improving health outcomes by connecting people with the care, pharmacy benefits, data, and resources they need to feel their best.

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated individual to join our team. As a Principal Data Analyst, you will be responsible for partnering with the business, building strong relationships, collaborating on opportunities, and providing subject matter expertise in reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of reporting solutions to meet customer requirements and needs
  • Work with customers and stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and deliverables
  • Act as a subject matter expert regarding data and analytics solutions
  • Produce meaningful, actionable reporting and visualization solutions and reports
  • Understand data requirements from customers and provide recommendations

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in a relevant field (IT, computer sciences, software development, operations, data analytics, data science, engineering, economics, business)
  • Proven data and analytics experience, including reporting and business intelligence roles
  • Extensive experience in assessing and describing data sources and evaluating data quality
  • Proficient in analyzing diverse and complex data, performing exploratory data analysis, producing descriptive statistics, and assessing data quality
  • Advanced data manipulation and data modeling skills and proficiency in at least SQL and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's, M.B.A., or PhD in a relevant field
  • Business acumen, customer-facing mindset, and/or relevant experience
  • Experience in pharmacy benefit management, pharmacy, healthcare consultancy, or related fields
  • Experience working in a large multinational company or similar environment
