Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex data models and analytics solutions to support business decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven strategies and solutions
• Lead the development and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures
• Design and implement data quality and integrity processes to ensure accurate and reliable data
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements

• Strong background in data analysis and analytics, with experience in healthcare or a related field
• Proven ability to develop and maintain complex data models and analytics solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and creatively
• Experience with data governance and quality processes, with ability to design and implement effective solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with big data and cloud technologies, with ability to design and implement scalable data solutions
• Knowledge of data architecture and ETL processes, with ability to design and implement effective data pipelines
• Experience with data visualization tools, with ability to design and implement effective dashboards and reports
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
