Lead a team of data analytics professionals in a dynamic and innovative environment, driving business growth and delivering insights that add value to clients.

- Create a positive learning culture and coach junior members of the team.
- Work in multi-disciplinary teams across a range of industries.
- Develop innovative insights that add value to clients.
- Champion operational efficiency improvements and drive projects to completion.
- Build the brand of the Data & Analytics team and produce thought leadership.
- Establish and maintain internal and external relationships.
Requirements
- Completed degree (bachelor's, master's, or Ph.D.).
- Proven experience, 7+ years as a data analytics professional, or similar role in a consulting environment.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and develop others.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients.
- Ambition to continuously develop your skills.
- Analytically minded with the ability to apply new techniques to deliver insights.
- Working knowledge of key analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R, Azure, AWS, GCP.
- Experience in aspects of the data analytics lifecycle.
- Relevant experience in Agile Delivery.
