Senior Manager - Data Analytics
Lead a team of data analysts to deliver innovative insights and drive business growth.
As a Senior Manager in our Data Analytics team, you will be responsible for leading a team of data analysts to deliver innovative insights and drive business growth. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that add value to their business.
- Lead a team of data analysts with varying skillsets and adapt your leadership style to fit team, client, and cultural needs.
- Create a positive learning culture and coach junior members of the team.
- Work in multi-disciplinary teams across a range of industries to deliver innovative insights.
- Champion operational efficiency improvements and drive projects to completion.
- Build the brand of the Data & Analytics team and produce thought leadership.
- Establish and maintain internal and external relationships.
Requirements:
- A completed degree (bachelors, masters, or Ph D).
- Proven experience, 7+ years as a Data Analytics professional, or similar role in a consulting environment.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and develop others.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients.
- Ambition to continuously develop your skills.
- Analytically minded with the ability to apply new techniques to deliver insights.
- Working knowledge of key analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R, Azure, AWS, GCP.
- Experience in aspects of the data analytics lifecycle.
- Relevant experience in Agile Delivery.
