As Data Analytics & Reporting Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) Manager, you will work with the Deputy MLRO (DMLRO) as part of the FCC team providing insights into the use of analytical data to support the PTSB FCC framework whilst also reviewing emerging technologies, channels and AML/CFT typologies to ensure that PTSB can react proactively to new and emerging risks and opportunities. Your responsibilities will include supporting the FCC team in the development and ongoing maintenance of AML/CFT oversight, reporting and intelligence led capabilities, whilst identifying and promoting the increased use of automation, robotics and AI. Responsibilities: Responsible for analysing large amounts of data and leveraging it to produce valuable management information and business insights including the identification of FCC emerging risks/trends Responsible for building out subject matter expertise of relevant AML/KYC data, figures and statistics and leveraging it to develop and implement innovative strategies and advanced analytics solutions to aid in reducing risk exposure for the Firm. Support the review of PTSB Ongoing Customer Due Diligence processes, including a review of PTSB existing trigger events, their application in practise and the quality and volume of cases resulting from such triggers with a view to optimising and streamlining this process. Assist in ensuring that PTSB's FCC Business Risk Assessment methodology is supported by a data driven approach with a view to optimising and streamlining the process. Support the continuous review of the Banks's Customer Risk Assessment methodology; providing intelligence/data led insights and recommendations with a view to optimising and streamlining the process Requirements: Appropriate third level qualification Proven experienced in the use of SQL and other data analytics/data visualization tools Proven experience with data visualisation solutions such as Power BI etc Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with proven skills in analysing, summarising and interpreting large volumes of both structured and unstructured data and translating into meaningful insights Vision to proactively assess potential challenges and manage projects in a fast-paced, evolving organization along with the ability to bring data to life for any audience through data visualization Familiarity in analytics techniques such as artificial intelligence and machine learning Experience in collating, preparation and enhancements of management information and reporting. .
