Data Architect Location: Cork Salary Range: € Hybrid Reperio are working with a well-known insurance company in Ireland who are on the lookout for Data Architect. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing our data architecture. You will lead the integration of diverse data sources, creating efficient data pipelines and ETL processes initiatives to build scalable, efficient, and secure data systems, ensuring seamless data flow across the organization. This role is critical to enabling data-driven decision-making and business intelligence across teams. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or a related role. Expertise in SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with ETL tools and designing data pipelines (e.g., Apache Airflow, Talend). Strong understanding of data modelling, data governance, and metadata management. Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
