And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.Key job responsibilitiesEnsure electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment within the data center operates per design and meets required parameters 24/7.Own maintenance program including Predictive/Preventative maintenance, corrective work, troubleshooting, and emergency response.Initiate and manage small/medium-scale projects and new region support from conception to completion.Direct, train, and support Engineering Operations Technicians (EOTs) in troubleshooting and operations.Implement and execute site/equipment-specific training exercises.The role will be based in Israel with flexibility to travel between sites.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering plus Electrical Engineer license is required.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar industry.Outstanding communication and presentation skills, verbal and written, in both individual and group situations for knowledge transfer and skill development.Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSDemonstrated expertise in planning, implementing, and assessing training.Ability to use multiple learning methods and link appropriate methods with subject matter.Knowledge of professional learning and training practices, especially in technical support contexts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
