Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Facility Engineer to oversee the operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical infrastructure for Data Centers in Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud regions. **Key Responsibilities:** • Oversee the operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical infrastructure for Data Centers in AWS Cloud regions • Ensure the implementation of safety procedures and maintain a world-class safety culture • Troubleshoot events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLA's) • Take daily operational readings of all mechanical and electrical equipment • Supervise contractors who perform servicing or preventive maintenance • Ability to work shifts (morning, late and night) • On-call rotation reaction to off-duty emergency calls **Requirements:** • Experience leading and managing operations of critical facilities which require in-depth knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and control systems • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications • City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent • Experience in data center engineering • Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction management or similar technical focus **About Amazon:** Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
