Seeking a Data Center Design Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in designing and implementing data center control systems, panel design, and commissioning scripts.
We are a specialist provider of consultancy and implementation services for IT infrastructure and data architectures within life science manufacturing. Our role is to support technology teams in making informed decisions.
As a Data Center Design Engineer, you will work on site with our blue-chip multinational clients within the pharmaceutical industry. Your responsibilities will include:
- Navigating through different scope documentation and establishing required components and instruments in the field and in the BMS panels.
- Creating network architecture drawings and describing them to CAD engineers.
- Designing and creating commissioning scripts (L1, L3 SAT).
The requirements for this role include:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in Data Centre Control Systems design and Panel design.
- Equipment and instrumentation technical submittal review capabilities.
- Designing of P&IDs and critical automation systems.
- Opportunity for field commissioning.
- Allan Bradley experience is essential.
- PLC programming experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in a regulated pharmaceutical environment is a must.
