Datacentre Manager (Hyperscale) Dublin We're partnering with a global data centre infrastructure developer to support their expanding operations. We seek a Datacentre Manager for their new Dublin facility to lead operations and strategy across the hyperscale site. Responsibilities: Oversee operational service delivery, management, and reporting. Collaborate with occupier representatives and the management team on service delivery. Manage third-party service providers. Define and maintain service standards, KPIs, and compliance reporting. Work with the project team on commissioning and operational readiness. Oversee equipment maintenance and advise on upgrades. Manage Capex and Opex budgets with the Operations Manager & CFO. Identify and mitigate risks. Contribute to the leadership team and support other organizational areas. Manage the Critical Environment team. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies.Candidate Profile: 7+ years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in the data centre industry. Experience managing data centre operations in a hyperscale environment. Deep understanding of critical infrastructure (power, cooling, etc.). Strategic thinker with leadership and problem-solving skills. Proven third-party and vendor management experience. Strong communication skills for reporting to stakeholders. Based in Dublin but open to domestic and international travel. Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
