Senior MEP Lead to oversee MEP deliverables to the Data Centre Sector, managing design, procurement, installation, and commissioning, leading a team of engineers and contractors, and ensuring quality and compliance. Responsibilities include attracting and retaining talent, building supplier networks, developing delivery strategies, and ensuring MEP installation is coordinated and optimized. The ideal candidate has a relevant engineering degree, leadership experience, and a proven track record of service with an organization. They must have excellent knowledge of digital technology, MEP standards and regulations, and strong commercial awareness and decision-making skills. Ability to attract, lead, and develop a team of engineers, review clients' designs, and provide value-added solutions is also essential.
