Job Description
We seek passionate, determined and talented Data Engineers to join our growing team. You will be responsible for client interaction, technical design and implementation of ETL solutions at client sites. You will develop and implement various Data Warehousing and BI projects.
The ideal candidate will have practical experience in several Data Warehouse technologies and experience using the latest Cloud technologies. A self-starter who loves to continually evaluate new technologies, innovate, educate, and collaborate is required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Hands-on experience in analysis, planning, designing, testing, deploying and administration of Cloud BI and Analytics environments.
- Strong experience with Data warehouse ETL.
- Awareness of emerging data warehouse design approaches.
- Strong Data warehousing and ETL experience – cloud and on-premise.
- Strong ETL experience using the latest data ingestion technologies.
- Ability to communicate clearly with business customers and senior leaders.
Additionally, you should have a recognised University Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science and at least 3 years of experience in ETL, SQL Programming, systems integration and Data Warehousing environments.
Desirable skills include prior consulting experience, strong work ethic, discipline and organisation skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
This role will be based in Dublin and will involve a mix of remote working, offsite work at our offices in Dun Laoghaire, and onsite work at customer sites in Dublin.
