Cpl are looking for a visionary Data Governance Lead to join our clients dynamic team and play a pivotal role in transforming how they manage and utilize data. If you are passionate about driving change and have a deep understanding of data governance, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for. In the role you will be at the forefront of shaping our data governance strategy and driving its execution across the organization. Working closely with our Data Architects, the broader Data Team, and key data stakeholders, you will lead the charge in establishing best practices, frameworks, and policies that will elevate their data management capabilities. Your Role: Develop and manage data governance frameworks, policies, and standards aligned with strategic goals. Drive the adoption of data quality standards, improving the value of the core data assets. Lead as a key point of escalation for data governance and quality issues, providing expert guidance and regular progress updates to senior management. Chair the Data Governance Forum, working with data owners to foster a culture of data excellence and provide guidance on governance issues. What Were Looking For: 10+ years of Data Governance experience Strong understanding of data governance, data quality management, and regulatory compliance. Proven ability to lead teams and engage stakeholders effectively. Solid understanding of Data Analytics, Engineering and Architecture Expert level communication skills Skills: Data Governance Data Architect Data Quality Data Management Data Manager
