Job Description

Our client is a rapidly expanding semi-state company who are seeking to bring in a Data Protection Anaylst to support the wider privacy team across the organisation. This role presents significant growth opportunities with a clear promotional plan and an extremely competitive benefits package. You would receive excellent training and mentoring, working alongside an experienced DPO in a well-structured team. There is also flexible hybrid working available (2 days on site and 3 days remote). Candidates from all parts of Ireland are encouraged to apply as working arrangements can be negotiated due to several office locations throughout the country. Responsibilities include: Support the delivery and implementation of data protection services across the organisation Conduct risk and data privacy impact assessments reports Conduct/support data subject requests Maintain the DP Risk Register Keep up-to-date on external data protection/compliance updates and report to business Administrative duties that ensure the smooth operation of the data protection function The ideal candidate: Will have at least 1-3 years experience in a privacy/data protection role Preferably have industry experience in energy/utilities (not mandatory) Be an ambitious individual who wants a challenging but rewarding role Be incentivised by promotional plans and "moving up the ladder" Morgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency and references to pay rates are indicative.
