Data Protection / Privacy Lawyer role in Commercial Litigation practice of law firm, focused on regulatory investigations, appeals, and privacy litigation topics such as data subject access requests (DSARs). Responsibilities include:
Engaging in cutting-edge commercial litigation in the privacy and data protection space,
Supporting regulatory investigations, appeals, and referrals to European Courts,
Handling complex DSARs,
Advising on regulatory compliance obligations,
Collaborating with multi-disciplinary specialist teams,
Participating in business development opportunities.
